What is NAAB?

An on-demand errand service: you say what to buy and where to deliver, a courier handles the rest.

You are not buying from a fixed catalogue. You write your list the way you would on paper (an item, a quantity, optionally a budget), and a courier near you buys it in a shop, at the market or at the pharmacy, then drops it off at the address you gave. You stay in control of the budget and of every replacement.

Who it is for
Anyone who lacks the time or the ability to go shopping, for themselves or for someone close to them.
What we buy
Anything sold in a physical shop: groceries, market produce, pharmacy, stationery, spare parts…
What you need
An account, a delivery address served by at least one courier, and your list.

How it works

Four steps, no surprises: you stay in control from start to finish.

  1. 1. You list your items

Name, quantity, unit, indicative budget and a note for every item on your list.

  2. 2. You set the address

Country, city, neighbourhood: NAAB only shows couriers who actually serve that address.

  3. 3. The courier shops

They approve the request, buy the items and tell you whenever something is missing or over budget.

  4. 4. You get your delivery

Hand-over is confirmed with a code sent to your phone, then the final invoice is issued.

What people ask us for

A few situations where an errand request saves half a day.

The weekly shopping

The market and the corner shop, in a single list, delivered to you after work.

A pharmacy emergency

Medicine to pick up quickly, without leaving home or the bedside of someone ill.

A specific in-store purchase

A part, a stationery item, a brand you cannot find online: the courier goes and gets it.

Shopping for a relative

You order from abroad or from another city, and delivery happens at the recipient's address.

What you pay

Three lines, all visible before you confirm. No hidden fees.

The errand fee

The shopping service, set upfront by the courier and displayed before you choose.

The delivery fee

The trip to your address, also set upfront and displayed.

The actual cost of the items

What the courier really paid in the shop, itemised line by line.

You can set a global cap and an overrun tolerance. The courier cannot go beyond it without your explicit approval, item by item.

Your guarantees

The service is built so that no decision is taken on your behalf.

Budget under control

Global cap, per-item budget, overrun tolerance: beyond that, your approval is required before the purchase.

No forced substitution

A missing item is only replaced if you allowed it. Otherwise it is simply reported as not found.

Hand-over confirmed by code

At delivery time a code is sent to you. Without that code, the courier cannot close the errand.

Full traceability

Every request carries a unique code and keeps its history: status, items, deviations and payments.

Follow your request at any time

On creation, your request receives a unique code. Enter it in your space to see exactly where the errand stands: submitted, accepted, shopping in progress, out for delivery, handed over.

Tracking requires signing in: only your own requests can be looked up.

The questions we get the most

Do I have to pay for the items upfront?

It depends on the courier: on approval they may request pre-financing, settled through a payment link. Otherwise everything is billed at the end, once the items are bought and delivered.

What if an item cannot be found?

The courier reports it. If you allowed substitution, they propose a replacement that you accept or refuse; otherwise the item is simply marked as not found and is not billed.

Can I have the delivery sent somewhere other than my home?

Yes. The delivery recipient is a separate field: name, phone and address can be someone else's, and they are the one who receives the hand-over code.
