NAAB’S

Frequently asked questions

Everything worth knowing before you send your first errand request.

How does NAAB compute the price?

Each courier displays two amounts before you choose: the errand fee (the shopping service) and the delivery fee. The actual cost of the purchased items is added, itemised line by line.

What happens if an item cannot be found?

The courier flags it. If you allowed substitution, they propose a replacement; otherwise the item is marked as not found. In both cases any price gap is submitted for your approval.

How do I track my request?

Every request gets a unique code shaped like ERR-XXXXXXXXXX. Enter it on the Tracking page of your space to see the current step, from submission to hand-over.

How is delivery confirmed?

At hand-over, a code is sent to your phone or email. You give it to the courier, who enters it to confirm delivery and trigger the final settlement.

Can I edit a request I already sent?

Yes, as long as the courier has not approved it. Once shopping starts the list is frozen, but you are still consulted on every deviation.

What if the courier rejects my request?

The request moves to Rejected with the reason. From its detail page you can reassign it in one click to another courier serving the same address.
